Tower Villa can be a tremendous value! Located just a block and a half from the Virginia Square Metro station, Tower Villa is ultra convenient and also boasts one of the largest pools in Arlington! Two negatives often are cause for Tower Villa to be overlooked. The first is the dated look of the interior and exterior of the building. In regards to the interior, the condo board is getting ready for a dramatic upgrade to the building. The exterior may always be a bit of a timepiece, but at the same time, the large concrete balconies that dominate the facade are quite wonderful from the inside out! The other issue is the high condo dues. In this case, the condo dues aren't that bad when one considers that they are inclusive of all utilities and cable television. Finally, the homes in Tower Villa tend to be quite large in comparison to nearby buildings. In summary, Tower Villa may not be for everyone, but it is certainly worthy of consideration.
