These five level elevator townhomes are amazing. They are located
immediately across the street from the Iwo Jima Memorial and thus a
short, two-three block walk to the Rosslyn Metro and the surrounding
shops and restaurants. These homes are essentially built "upside-down"
to maximize the dramatic views. What I mean by "upside down" is that
the bedrooms are on the lower levels and the living area on the top
levels. From the roof-top, residents of Monument Place are privy to
views spanning across the Potomac River and all of DC. On the horizon,
you can see Redskins Stadium (which is all the way across DC in
Maryland)! Did we mention that (with the help of a crane) owners can have
their own private hot tubs placed on the roof?
