These five level elevator townhomes are amazing. They are located immediately across the street from the Iwo Jima Memorial and thus a short, two-three block walk to the Rosslyn Metro and the surrounding shops and restaurants. These homes are essentially built "upside-down" to maximize the dramatic views. What I mean by "upside down" is that the bedrooms are on the lower levels and the living area on the top levels. From the roof-top, residents of Monument Place are privy to views spanning across the Potomac River and all of DC.
