Homes for Sale in Bluemont

For the most part, single-family homes make up much of the homes for sale in Bluemont. However, some Ballston’s townhomes are considered to be a part of the Bluemont neighborhood. The detached houses in Bluemont range in style, size and construction year. Like many neighborhoods in Arlington and Northern Virginia, Colonial-style homes are the most common home types that you’ll see throughout the community. Other styles include Craftsman, Cape Cod, bungalows and ramblers. Bluemont has been around since the beginning of Arlington’s main development phase, so the age of each home varies from the early 1900s, 1940s, 1960s, and even 2000s. Many of the older homes have since been renovated with new desirable features that today’s home buyer looks for, including hardwood floors, high-end cabinetry, stainless steel appliances and other designer features.
