Bellevue Forest Neighborhood in Arlington, Virginia.

Bellevue Forest offers its residents private, upscale living in Virginia’s vibrant city of Arlington. Though its streets are relatively quiet, they lead to world-class restaurants, famous landmarks and even the nation’s capital. Life here is the best of both worlds: a small community with easy access to city life.

Central City Location

Located in the lively city of Arlington, Bellevue Forest is just west of the Potomac River and George Washington Parkway. To its northwest is 36th Road N, to the southwest Military Road and to the southeast is the Potomac Overlook Regional Park.

Easy Traveling

Many major roads connect Arlington to Washington, D.C. and other nearby city centers. I-66 runs east to west, with I-395 in the southern portion of the city running southwest to northeast. Residents can also take advantage of Arlington Transit, which supplements DC metro buses with cross-county routes and neighborhood connections to the metro rail.

Upscale Urban Living

Bellevue Forest offers residents upscale single-family homes and townhouses, situated on large, expansive properties. Ranging from mid-priced to more expensive, these modern homes come in a variety of models. With beautifully landscaped yards, residents here enjoy privacy from their neighbors with the advantage of living so close to Arlington’s many exciting attractions.

National Landmarks and Peaceful Parks

There are plenty of attractions and outdoor activities to enjoy around Arlington. Right by Bellevue Forest, Potomac Overlook Regional Park is the ideal nature escape. Offering seventy acres of peaceful woodlands, trails gardens and picnic areas, visitors can take leisurely hikes and enjoy all of the beauty Virginia’s nature has to offer. The Visitors Center always has interesting exhibits such as the recent “Energerium,” which is a fun and accessible way to learn energy basics and ways to create sustainable energy solutions. The center also hosts live animals and natural history exhibits.

The famous Arlington National Cemetery is a must-visit for everyone in the area. With rolling green hills, majestic trees and decorative, colorful plants, these hallowed grounds honor those who have bravely served our nation. At the Welcome Center, visitors can pick up maps and learn about the cemetery before going to check out some of its features. The Memorial Amphitheater is a beautiful example of marble architecture and hosts special services on Easter, Memorial Day and Veterans Day. Visitors can also view the grave of President John F. Kennedy and the only other president buried here, William Howard Taft. The famous Unknown Soldier also lays here, an unidentified American soldier who served in WWI and has been resting here since 1921.

Cuisine from All Corners of the World

Bellevue Forest residents can take full advantage of the many amazing restaurants in Arlington and those a short drive away in Washington, DC. Enjoy the best seafood in the region at BlackSalt Fish Market and Restaurant on MacArthur Boulevard. For a quick high-quality meal, stop by Crisp and Juicy on Lee Highway. Famous for its chicken which is, super crisp and satisfyingly juicy, this popular eatery was started by a Peruvian couple determined to bring delicious tastes of Latin American cuisine to the DC metro area. Now, their successful business has locations in Virginia, Maryland and Washington, D.C. Pair your Peruvian chicken with a variety of delicious sides such as the rice and beans, fried yucca, fried plantain and much, much more!

Serving cuisine from another corner of the world, Lebanese Taverna is located conveniently on Old Dominion Drive.
