Turnberry pioneered the concept of melding "Ritz-Carlton" like service with condominium living. When completed (estimated for 2009), Turnberry Tower will be the DC area's tallest purely condominium residence. Many will say that it will also be the most luxurious! Planned amenities include an indoor pool set in a glass-roofed atrium, 24-hour concierge and valet parking and a state-of-the art spa. Furthermore, many of the residences will have there own private elevators. While all of these features will surly come at a cost, it should be considered that a building like this is not likely to be duplicated for some time! As such, Turnberry Tower could prove to be a wonderful investment!
