Liberty Center is the Ballston/ Virginia Square areas newest condo building. With a roof-top pool and fitness center with great views of the DC skyline, Liberty Center is a great building. Furthermore, they seem to have a good bit of finished inventory homes that should last them for a good time. While this may limit appreciation in the short term, it should keep prices in check for those in the market over the course of the next year. Of course, with more and more new condo projects being converted into apartments, Liberty Center may sell out faster than expected due to lack of competition.
