If you look at Highgate on an overhead map, the location looks almost too good to be true! Highgate is a U-shaped neighborhood of townhomes set on Colonial Terrace (with Colonial Court running down the center of the U). These all brick townhomes all feature one to two car garages and four levels of living. From Highgate, Georgetown is ~3/4 miles away and the Rosslyn Metro is about two blocks. It is truly rare to find this much living space in such an amazing location. Many of the homes feature stunning view of Georgetown either from the front windows of the homes or in some cases, from the rear of the top floor.
