Ballston 880 was built in 2002 as an apartment building and was converted to condominium ownership just two years later. At this time, all of the two-year old cabinetry and appliances were replaced to make room for maple and stainless steel. Ballston 880 is a convenient block to Gold's Gym and is just slightly further from the Virginia Square and Ballston Metro stations.
